Liability of links
In reference to the court decision from 12. May 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung für Links" of the regional court (LG) Hamburg, we herewith express a preventative dissociation of the contents of all linked pages on all servers of the "Laboratory of tecnical information" of the "University of applied sciences Bielefeld".This declaration is valid for all links and link-collections existing at present or existing in the future. Likewise this declaration applies to all data-files published on this server. These data-files are automatically updated by means of mirroring and a continuous, daily, weekly or even monthly control of the contents of those data-files (at present over 100 Gigabyte of data) is impossible.
